Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue if your screen is freezing while using Brokerkit. Note that if your screen is freezing you likely either have a browser configuration issue or you need to clear your cache as your browser has cached old or corrupted code that needs to be cleared.
- First, make sure you are using the Google Chrome browser. We develop and test using Chrome as our standard browser since it has 70% of the browser market share these days.
- Next clear your cache in Google following these steps: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en
- Step number 2 will address 90% of the issues. If it does not, then you likely have a Chrome or hardware configuration issue on your laptop. Next, please try to login to Brokerkit from a different device to see if you have the same issue. If not, then you have narrowed the issue down to one device.
- Once narrowing the issue down to a specific device in #3, please follow these steps here to address that.
