How to update your email address on your user account

Please follow the steps below to update your email address:

1. Go to the user profile settings by clicking your name in the top right corner of the screen
2. Click on Manage Team
3. On the search box, type in the current email address
4. Open the profile of the correct search result
5. On email text box, update the email address
6. Click Save button
7. Log out from Brokerkit
8. Sign back in again using the updated email address

Note:

• This process works for users including all 4 user roles of Admin, Staff, Agent, and Affiliate
• The screenshot above shows the navigation and screens for a user with the Admin or Staff role. The navigation will be the same, but the screens will look different for a user with the Agent or Affiliate role
• If the user is an Admin or Staff user, then the email address will need to be a Google or Microsoft account (described here) due to the way we integrate with the Google/Microsoft email and calendar functions
• If the user is an Agent or Affiliate user, then the email address will not need to be a Google or Microsoft account as that role does not have integrated Google/Microsoft email and calendar functions. Note that they will not be able to use the Sign In with Microsoft or Google features (described here) and they will need to sign in with the Magic Link or set a password to log in.
