If recipients of mass email or smart campaign wish to unsubscribe any of Brokerkit’s email communication, the recipient simply clicks on the unsubscribe button found at the bottom of the email.
Please note that the unsubscribe link will only appear on emails sent via bulk email or smart campaigns, but not on emails sent to one lead or team member via Brokerkit via the contact profile which is sent directly through your Google or Microsoft account.
For cases where recipients accidentally clicked on “UNSUBSCRIBE” and want to receive messages again, they should send a request to help@getbrokerkit.com and we can remove their email address from the email suppression list.
