Sometimes a Team Leader or Agent may log in or create an account with a second email, which doesn't have Staff or Admin permission, so they will only see their own referrals, associated with that email when they log in with that account.
From Brokerkit, click your name in the upper right-hand corner and select Manage Team. Verify that the email associated with the user has Admin or Staff access, and verify with them that they are logging in with that email address.
If they have multiple accounts, you may want to consolidate the agent's referrals to one account, and delete the duplicate to avoid the issues in the future.
From Recruiting, click Show Advanced Options under the search bar. Then, select the agent account you want to remove any referrals from from the Referrer drop down.
Next, Select All the leads, and select the correct account under Change Owner.
Now all that's left is to delete the duplicate profile under Manage Team.
