Can I set appointments in Retention?

Since there isn't the same focus on setting appointments to retain agents as there is with Recruiting, Brokerkit doesn't yet have appointments in Retention. What we would suggest in the meantime is simple logging notes for any appointments you have as either a phone call or general note.
