Brokerkit was designed to help you stay on top of your leads. Buried leads result in lost opportunities, and we designed Brokerkit specifically to solve this massive problem in the industry.
From the Recruiting, find the action bar along the left-hand side and click Today.
Today is, appropriately enough, where you'll start your recruiting activities each day. Here, you'll find your Upcoming Appointments and can click ahead to see what's upcoming, and New Leads that need attention, and any Follow Up you have scheduled for today.
Changing the Status on a New Lead, setting a new Follow Up date, or logging or deleting your appointment will clear them from your various Today menus.
Later is where you'll find leads that have follow ups set for the future, like a snooze button. When you log a phone call and set a follow up for next week, your lead will automatically move from Today to Later like magic.
Backlog is a concept we created because we found that recruiters wanted to import many, many leads from BrokerMetrics, etc., but had yet to build a relationship with those people. Therefore, Backlog is your lead pool. If your Today and Later screens are looking a little sparse, you'll want to head to your Backlog an start reaching out.
Any lead that lacks a follow up date lives in your Backlog. They may be assigned to a Smart Campaign or be receiving bulk email, but no follow up indicates no intention to reach out to this specific lead. To move a lead from the Backlog, simply add a note, send an individual email, or send a text, and set a follow up date when you do so.
Archive is a dead lead. Any duplicates, agents from a partner franchise, or other leads you don't intend to recruit live here. Rather than deleting leads, we built Archive so that if a lead is re-imported later, they will stay in Archive.
To move a lead to Backlog or Archive select "Move to..." at the top of the leads profile.
Or you can search for, click the boxes next to any leads, and then click "Move to..." to transfer leads in bulk.
